Noon luncheon meetings are held on the first two Tuesdays of each month, at Charlie Brown's Steakhouse in Chatham Township. Two new members were inducted into Chatham-Madison Kiwanis on June 25, 2013: Tony Britt and Sue Burlingame.

Tony Britt (right in photo) of Chatham Borough was inducted into Kiwanis during the June 25, 2013 breakfast meeting at Charlie Brown’s restaurant. Past President Dick Plambeck (left) introduced Tony and welcomed him into the club.

Christie Sedita joins Kiwanis

New member Pat Davidson Inducted into Chatham-Madison Kiwanis Club

At the October 11, 2011 luncheon meeting, Pat Davidson of Chatham was inducted into the Chatham-Madison Kiwanis Club. In photo, left to right, are Tom Mullin (past Secretary of the club), new member Pat Davidson and Al Robertson, who sponsored Pat. The club members enthusiastically welcomed Pat into Kiwanis.

Karen Shippey Welcomed into Kiwanis at April 5 Meeting

Melanie Sze (left) introduced new Kiwanis member Karen Shippey (right) at the April 5 meeting. Karen hails from Nebraska, where she got her degree in Nursing. A registered nurse, she worked for 34 years at Morristown Hospital. She now works at the Franklin Surgical Center in Basking Ridge. She has served as a leader in the Girl Scouts and a volunteer with the Chatham United Methodist Church. Members welcomed Karen with a round of applause.

August 17 Kiwanis Meeting Announcements

President Rich Behling Introduced new Kiwanis member Mark Newton, Manager of the Valley National Bank in Chatham. Club Secretary Tom Mullin reminded members to be at the Chatham Library Summer Readers Picnic by 3:00 Pm to cook the hot dogs. Members were reminded that all future lunch meetings will be held at Charlie Brown’s. A sign-up list was passed arround for the Installation Dinner.

New Member Stu Shippey Welcomed to Kiwanis

In a brief ceremony at the June 1 meeting, the club welcomed new member Stu Shippey. He is a resident of Madison, has been active in Chatham organizations and works in Florham Park. Left to right: Tom Mullin, Stu Shippey and Rich Behling.

Hal Wittlinger Joins Chatham Kiwanis
