Noon luncheon meetings are held on the first two Tuesdays of each month, at Charlie Brown's Steakhouse in Chatham Township. Kiwanis April 15 Program: Tijana Hitchon spoke about “Healing the Children of New Jersey”

Tijana Hitchon (left in photo) of “Healing the Children of New Jersey” gave an inspiring talk about this inspiring organization to Kiwanis at their April 15 meeting. On the right in the photo is John Eyre, President of the club.

Kiwanis April 8 Program: Lou Nisivoccial spoke about The 200 Club of Morris County.

Lou Nisivoccial (left in photo) spoke on the 200 Club of Morris County at the April 8 meeting of Kiwanis held at Charlie Brown’s in Chatham Township.  On the right in the photo is Mary Anne Maloney, past president of the club.

The club is “Serving Those Who Put their Lives On The Line For Others.” Members of the club donate $200 per year. The funds help spouses and dependents of public safety officers who lose their lives in the line of duty.

Kiwanis April 1 Meeting: Joan Thuebel spoke on her recent trip to Cuba

Joan Thuebel (right in photo) gave her impressions of Cuba from her recent Tauck tour of the island nation. She was introduced by Mary Anne Maloney (left in photo). The audience was captured by her detailed narrative of the impoverished conditions in that Communist country.  After an active Q&A, the audience applauded enthusiastically.

Kiwanis April 3, 2014 Fish and Chips - Joyous Event

Kitchen workers were all smiles preparing carry-out meals.
Diners were greeted at the Welcome Table.
Coffee was served.
Simon did magic tricks at the tables. 
Drew University Circle K Club volunteers helped a lot.
